The Sirona Z i-Size Plus is a part of the Z-Line modular system and is to be installed in your vehicle with the Base Z (not included in delivery). The two-click installation with Isofix ensures a particularly easy installation. With the base, the child safety seat Sirona Z i-Size Plus is connected firmly with the body of your car. Coloured indicators reduce misuse during installation to a minimum.
Accident statistics show that installing a child car seat in a rear-facing mode is the safest way to travel in a car for children up to a body height of 105 cm or 4 years, respectively. Compared to a forward-facing child car seat, the risk of injury in a rear-facing safety seat is reduced by more than 80% in the event of a frontal impact. Together with the energy-absorbing outer shell, the side impact protection, which can be folded on the door side of the car seat, reduces 25% of the energy that occurs in a side impact. In addition to this, an innovative harness reduces the forces that can affect the neck of your child.
The innovative 360° rotation mechanism is particularly back-friendly for mom and dad, and allows a pleasant position for your little passenger when getting in and out of the seat. The Driving Direction Control (D.D.C.) prevents you from converting the child car seat into a forward-facing mode too soon.
Thanks to the smart design, even older children will feel comfortable and are provided with sufficient legroom. The headrest that can be adjusted in 12 different height levels comes with integrated belt positioner and grows with your little one. Magnetic belt holders make it easy for you to put your child into the seat and lift them out of it again. Always in the right position – when installing the car seat in a rear-facing mode, the sitting/ reclining position can be adjusted in five different levels and when installing it in a forward-facing mode, it can be adjusted in 3 different positions.
